摘  要:目的:采用高效液相色谱技术,建立生物降解食品接触制品中的7种紫外吸收剂(UV-0、UV-9、UV-71、UV-329、UV-326、UV-327和UV-234)和2种抗氧化剂(2246、425)迁移到食品模拟物中的检测方法。方法:生物降解食品接触制品经食品模拟液提取,C_(18)色谱柱分离后,经乙腈和0.1%甲酸水溶液为流动相梯度洗脱,选择3种不同波长,采用二极管阵列检测器测定。结果:7种紫外吸收剂及2种抗氧化剂在5~50 mg·L^(-1)线性关系良好,相关系数(r^(2))均不低于0.998,方法检出限(S/N=3)为0.10~0.80 mg·L^(-1),方法定量限(S/N=10)为0.30~2.60 mg·L^(-1),各化合物加标回收率(n=6)为86.8%~105.6%,相对标准偏差(n=6)为1.7%~5.2%。结论:经验证,该方法具有灵敏度高、检测限低、精密度高、回收率高和检测速度快等优点。试验中将本方法成功应用于5种市场流通样品检测,检测结果显示,该方法可满足生物降解食品接触制品的紫外吸收剂及抗氧化剂迁移量的检测需求。Objective:To establish a detection method for the migration of seven ultraviolet absorbers(UV-0,UV-9,UV-71,UV-329,UV-326,UV-327,UV-234)and two antioxidants(2246,425)into food simulants in biodegradable food contact products by high performance liquid chromatography.Method:After the biodegradable food contact products were extracted by the food simulation solution,the C_(18)column was separated,and the mobile phase gradient was eluted by acetonitrile and 0.1%aqueous formic acid solution,and 3 different wavelengths were selected,and the diode array detector was used to determine.Result:Seven UV absorbers and two antioxidants had a good linear relationship in the range of 5~50 mg·L^(-1),the correlation coefficient(r^(2))was not less than 0.998,the detection limit(S/N=3)was 0.10~0.80 mg·L^(-1),the lower quantitative limit(S/N=10)was 0.30~2.60 mg·L^(-1),the standard recovery rate(n=6)of each compound was 86.8%~105.6%,and the relative standard deviation(n=6)was 1.7%~5.2%.Conclusion:It is verified that the proposed method has the advantages of high sensitivity,low detection limit,precision,high recovery rate and fast detection speed.In the test,this method was successfully applied to the detection of 5 kinds of market circulation samples,and the test results showed that the method can meet the detection needs of UV absorbent and antioxidant migration of biodegradable food contact products.
