摘　　要：目的 分析外伤性视神经病变(TON)的病理分期专家问卷,总结其分期时间,为临床针对性治疗提供依据。方法 在文献研究的基础上,编制TON病理分期专家问卷,问卷包含25个问题,通过问卷星向全国247位专家发送调查问卷表。结果 共收回问卷247份,回收问卷及有效问卷所占比率均为100%。涉及三甲级医院高级职称170人(占57.89%);认为外伤后7 d以内需手术介入者158人(占63.97%);认为TON的糖皮质激素冲击治疗的时间窗为48 h以内者155人(占62.75%);习惯将TON进行3种临床分期者160人(占64.78%)。结论 结合专家问卷及目前文献研究,建议将TON临床分为急性期、亚急性期、慢性期,本研究为更好地探索TON的临床治疗方案提供思路。OBJECTIVETo analyze the pathological grading expert questionnaire of traumatic optic neuropathy(TON), summarize the grading time, and provide basis for clinical targeted treatment. METHDOS On the basis of literature research, a questionnaire was compiled for experts on TON pathological grading. The questionnaire that included 25 questions was sent to247 experts nationwide through the questionnaire star.RESULTSA total of 247 questionnaires were collected, and the proportion of returned and effective questionnaires was 100%. One hundred and seventy expert(57.89%) with senior professional titles in Grade-A tertiary hospitals were involved;One hundred and fifty-eight participants(63.97%) believed that surgical intervention was needed within 7 d after trauma;One hundred and fifty-five experts(62.75%) hold that the time window of TON hormone pulse therapy was within 48 h;One hundred and sixty respondents(64.78%) used to do the grading by 3 clinical grading plans for TON.CONCLUSIONSCombined with expert questionnaire and current literature research, it is suggested that traumatic optic neuropathy should be divided into acute, sub-acute and chronic stages. This study provides ideas for better exploring the clinical treatment of TON.
