摘　　要：航海类专业学生适任考试通过率是航海教育培训质量评估的关键指标之一,也是高水平专业群建设的内涵要求。以《中华人民共和国海事局关于公布船员培训机构适任考试及格率的公告》文件内容为数据基础,对比得出浙江国际海运职业技术学院航海类专业学生适任考试通过率不高的结论,从主客观两方面分析原因,并提出相应的对策措施,服务海洋强国战略。The passing rate of the competency examination is one of the key indicators to show the education and training performance of the students majored in navigation,and it is also the connotation requirement of the construction of high-level professional group.Based on the statistics in the Announcement File Released by the Maritime Safety Administration of the People's Republic of China on Crew Training Institutions of Competency Examination Passing Rate,the competency examination passing rate in Zhejiang International Maritime College is not high.The paper analyzes the reasons from two aspects:subjective and objective reasons,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures in order to serve the strategy of great sea power.
