摘  要:前排乘客席安全气囊安装在仪表板内部,当安全气囊爆炸时,给气囊盖板以瞬间巨大作用力推动气囊盖板沿着安全气囊线打开,气囊则从仪表板打开处冲出,可以有效地保护乘员撞击仪表板及与挡风玻璃等周边零件的二次碰撞。在设计过程中,气囊盖板的弱化结构选择和成型工艺参数严重影响气囊展开的性能。The front passenger side airbag is installed inside the instrument panel. When the airbag explodes, the airbag panel is pushed to open along the line of the airbag with an instant huge force, and the airbag is rushed out from the opening of the instrument panel, which can effectively protect the passenger from the collision with the instrument panel and the secondary collision with the windshield and other surrounding parts. In the process of design, the selection of weakening structure and forming process parameters of airbag panel seriously affect the performance of airbag deployment.
