都梁软胶囊联合巴氯芬片治疗慢性紧张型头痛的效果与安全性

摘　　要：目的分析都梁软胶囊联合巴氯芬片治疗慢性紧张型头痛的效果与安全性。方法选取我院2018年1月至2019年12月收治的100例慢性紧张型头痛患者为研究对象,根据奇偶数法将其分为对照组(n=50,巴氯芬片)与研究组(n=50,都梁软胶囊+巴氯芬片)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果研究组的中度疼痛及重度疼痛占比低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗14 d后,研究组的5-羟色胺(5-HT)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)水平高于对照组,多巴胺(DA)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗14 d后,研究组的内皮素-1(ET-1)水平低于对照组,一氧化氮(NO)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的不良反应总发生率略低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论都梁软胶囊联合巴氯芬片治疗慢性紧张型头痛的效果确切,有利于缓解患者的疼痛感,改善脑神经递质水平,值得应用。Objective To analyze the effect and safety of Duliang soft capsule combined with baclofen tablets in the treatment of chronic tension-type headache.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic tension-type headache admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group(n=50,baclofen tablets)and study group(n=50,Duliang soft capsule+baclofen tablets)according to the odd-even method.The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results The proportions of moderate and severe pain in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 14 d of treatment,the levels of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)and norepinephrine(NE)in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the level of dopamine(DA)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 14 d of treatment,the level of endothelin-1(ET-1)in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the level of nitric oxide(NO)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was slightly lower than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Duliang soft capsule combined with baclofen tablets in the treatment of chronic tension-type headache has a definite effect,it is conducive to relieve the pain and improve the levels of brain neurotransmitters of patients,which is worthy of application.
