摘　　要：近年来,微胶囊相变材料(Microencapsulated Phase Change Material,MPCM)已成为多个应用领域的研究热点。由于其具有低导热率、隔热和舒适性良好的特性,被广泛应用于包装材料、保温隔热材料和仿生材料等。通过不同的工艺和壳层材料可以实现其微胶囊化,随着相变材料的微胶囊化越来越受到人们的重视,MPCM的研究工作也越来越多。本文综述了MPCM的制备及应用研究进展,介绍了MPCM的合成方法,如喷雾干燥等物理合成方法,复凝聚法、溶胶-凝胶法等物理化学合成方法,悬浮聚合法、界面聚合、原位聚合等化学合成方法,分析了MPCM的物理性能、化学性能和热性能;阐述了MPCM在食品、药品及纺织中的应用,并对其未来的发展方向进行了展望。Microencapsulaed phase change materials(MPCM)has become popular in many application fields recently.Because of its low thermal conductivity,good thermal insulation and comfort,MPCM is widely used in packaging materials,thermal insulation materials and bionic materials.Microencapsulation can be achieved through different techniques and using different shell materials.As the microencapsulation of phase change materials is gaining increased attention,more and more research works on MPCM are getting published.This review focused on recent studies regarding the preparation and application of MPCM.The synthesis methods of MPCM,such as physical synthesis methods like spray drying,physical and chemical synthesis methods like complex coacervation and sol-gel method,and chemical synthesis methods like suspension polymerization,interfacial polymerization and in-situ polymerization,were indicated.The physical,chemical and thermal properties of MPCM were analyzed.The application of MPCM was described in food,medicine and textile,and its future development direction was prospected.
