摘　　要：目的探讨根治性睫毛囊切除术矫治老年性内翻倒睫的临床效果并总结经验。方法对2012年3月至2020年2月间来院就诊的60岁以上顽固性倒睫患者采用保留睑板腺的根治性睫毛毛囊切除的方法进行手术治疗,术后定期随访,评价手术效果。结果8年间累计完成68人共96例(单人单侧单边为1例)根治性睫毛毛囊切除术,术后随访,一次性手术治愈率94.8%(91/96),患者术后综合满意度为95.8%(92/96)。结论根治性的睫毛毛囊切除术具有效果确切、复发率低、不损伤睑板腺等优点,达到了美容与功能兼顾的目的,是矫治老年顽固性内翻倒睫的方法之一,推荐临床应用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of radical ciliary folliculectomy in the treatment of senile entroption trichiasis and summarize the methods and experience.Methods From March 2012 to February 2020,patients over 60 years old with intractable trichiasis were treated with radical ciliary folliculectomy.Regular follow-up was performed to observe and evaluate the surgical effect.Results A total of 96 cases of 68 patients underwent radical ciliaryfolliculectomy during the past 8 years.The secretory and excretion function of meibomian gland was normal after the operation,and the symptoms of trichiasis were relieved significantly without serious complications.The cure rate of trichiasis was 94.8%(91/96),and the total effective rate was 100.0%(96/96).Patients’satisfaction rate was 95.4%.Conclusion:radical ciliary folliculectomy has definite curative effect and low recurrence rate while preserving the function of meibomian gland.It takes both easthetics and function into account and is an ideal method for correcting refractory entroptiontrichiasis in the aged.
