摘  要:精密播种机在控制株距上存在不均匀现象,导致农作物耕种的精播质量下降,因此本文设计农作物精密播种机漏播监测系统。在硬件设计上,构建可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)精密播种信号传感框架,实时调用农作物播种数据,设计中央监测板控制电路,实现播种过程的多类指示灯报警。在软件设计上,设置精密播种机漏播指示信号,判断农作物种子下放实际间距,建立转动补偿函数随动监测漏播状态。实验结果证明:本文监测系统能够瞬时发出报警信号进行标记,且响应时间基本保持在0.001 s之内,保证后续农作物耕种的精播质量,具有实际应用效果。The precision seeder has unevenness in controlling the plant spacing,which leads to the decrease of the precision sowing quality of crop cultivation,so this paper designs the crop precision seeder missed sowing monitoring system.In the hardware design,we construct the precision sowing signal sensing framework of Programmable Logic Controller(PLC),call the crop sowing data in real time,design the central monitoring board control circuit,and realize the multi-class indicator alarm of sowing process.In the software design,the precision seeder missed sowing indication signal is set to judge the actual spacing of crop seeds put down,and the rotation compensation function is established to monitor the missed sowing status with the turn.The experimental results prove that:the monitoring system in this paper can instantaneously issue alarm signals for marking,and the response time is basically kept within 0.001 s,which ensures the precision sowing quality of subsequent crop cultivation and has practical application effects.
