摘　　要：“国培计划”以来,初中体育骨干教师培训推动了体育教师培训专业化发展。“国培计划”初中体育骨干教师培训质量受到初中体育骨干教师自身、送培单位、培训承担单位、教育管理部门等多方面因素的影响。吉首大学“国培计划”初中体育骨干教师培训从强化制度保障,推进信息化建设,提供实践教学保障,加强师资队伍建设,强化质量管理,强化科学研究等方面保障质量体系建设,取得了一定成效。应深入推进“国培计划”初中体育骨干教师培训质量保障体系建设,继续突出“国培”地位,强化制度保障;优化培训设计,强化实践教学保障;完善激励机制,强化师资保障;建立健全评价机制,强化科研和管理保障。Since the"National Training Plan",the training of middle school PE backbone teachers has promoted the professional development of PE teacher training.The training quality of"national training plan"junior middle school PE backbone teachers is influenced by many factors,such as junior middle school PE backbone teachers themselves,training institutions,training institutions,education management departments and so on.Jishou University"National Training plan"junior middle school sports backbone teachers training from strengthening the system guarantee,promoting information construction,providing practical teaching guarantee,strengthening the construction of teachers,strengthening quality management,strengthening scientific research and other aspects to ensure the quality system construction,has achieved certain results.We should further promote the construction of the quality assurance system for the training of junior middle school PE backbone teachers under the"national training Plan",continue to highlight the status of"national training"and strengthen the institutional guarantee.Optimize training design,strengthen practical teaching guarantee;Perfect the incentive mechanism,strengthen the guarantee of teachers;We will establish a sound evaluation mechanism and strengthen scientific research and management support.
