两种低度数散光对多焦点人工晶体视觉质量的影响

摘　　要：目的回顾性分析两种散光对多焦点人工晶体视觉质量的影响。方法收集我院2020年1~12月白内障术后植入多焦点人工晶体的患者65例,根据植入人工晶体类型分为两组,Restor(多焦点人工晶体)组33例和ART(散光多焦点复合型人工晶体)组32例,比较两组患者术后视觉视力和视觉质量的差异,并进行亚亚组分析。结果两组患者术后3~6个月,整体的术后视力和视觉质量无显著性差异;亚组分析发现,术后6个月残余散光在0.3~0.5 D的患者视觉质量最好(P<0.01);当术后残余散光>0.5 D时,Restor组的术后视觉质量明显好于ART组,二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);当术后残余散光>0.8 D时,Restor组的脱镜率明显高于ART组。结论Restor较ART型人工晶体对术后残余散光的包容性更好,ART人工晶体植入时需要尽可能的确保术后残余散光最小。Objective To analyze the effects of two kinds of astigmatism on the visual quality of multi-focus intraocular lens.Methods A total of 65 patients with multifocus lens implantation after cataract surgery in our hospital from January to December 2020 were collected and divided into two groups according to the implantation lens type:restor(multifocus intraocular lens)group(33 cases)and ART(astigmatism multifocus intraocular lens)group(32 cases).The differences of postoperative visual acuity and visual quality between the two groups were compared.And subgroup analysis was performed.Results There was no significant difference in overall postoperative visual acuity and visual quality between the two groups from 3 months to 6 months after surgery.Subgroup analysis showed that patients with residual astigmatism at 0.3-0.5 D 6 months postoperatively had the best visual quality(P<0.01).When the postoperative residual astigmatism was greater than 0.5D,the postoperative visual quality of restor group was significantly better than that of ART group(P<0.05).When the postoperative residual astigmatism was greater than 0.8D,the deoscopy rate in restor group was significantly higher than that in ART group.Conclusion Restor is more inclusive of postoperative residual astigmatism than ART intraocular lens,and the postoperative residual astigmatism should be minimized when ART intraocular lens is implanted.
