摘　　要：目的研究斜视术后双眼遮盖与否对儿童患者医疗恐惧的影响。方法将2022年3~7月于我院小儿眼科住院手术的224例斜视患儿随机分为两组:A组术后双眼开放,B组术后双眼遮盖。术后第1天采用儿童医疗恐惧量表(CMFS)评估两组患儿医疗恐惧程度,采用视觉模拟量表(VAS)评估两组患儿术后疼痛程度,比较两组手术切口周围球结膜出血、水肿程度,术后1周评估手术切口感染率。结果A组患儿医疗恐惧评分(23.00±4.21)分,B组医疗恐惧评分(35.00±6.41)分,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);A组VAS评分(1.80±0.24)分,B组VAS评分(1.70±0.28)分,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.01);两组球结膜出血及球结膜水肿程度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后1周两组手术切口均无感染。结论术后双眼开放有助于减轻儿童患者术后医疗恐惧,且不加重术后球结膜切口局部反应,不会增加手术切口感染率。Objective To compare the effects of binocular patch on medical fear of children after strabismus surgery.Methods From March to July 2022,224 children with strabismus who underwent surgery on in our hospital's pediatric ophthalmology department were randomly divided into two groups.Group A:Children without binocular patch postoperation,and group B:Children with binocular patch postoperation.On the first day postoperation,the Children's Medical Fear Scale(CMFs)was used to evaluate the medical fear of the two groups of children,and the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)was used to evaluate the postoperative pain of the two groups of children,and the degree of bulbar conjunctival bleeding and edema around the surgical incision was compared between the two groups.The infection rate of surgical incision was evaluated one week after postoperation.Results The score of medical fear in group A was(23.00±4.21),and that in group B was(35.00±6.41).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).The VAS score of group A was(1.80±0.24),and that of group B was(1.70±0.28).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.01).There was no significant difference in bulbar conjunctival hemorrhage and bulbar conjunctival edema between the two groups(P>0.05).One week postoperation,there was no infection in the incision of both groups.Conclusion Without binocular patch is helpful to reduce the postoperative medical fear of children patients,and does not aggravate the local reaction of postoperative bulbar conjunctival incision,and does not increase the infection rate of surgical incision.
