宫颈癌组织中CHI3L1、NRIP1蛋白及LCoR的表达与临床病理特征、预后的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨几丁质酶-3样蛋白-1(CHI3L1)、核受体相互作用蛋白1(NRIP1)、配体依赖性辅助抑制因子(LCoR)在宫颈癌组织内的表达意义及其与临床病理特征、预后的关系。方法选取72例宫颈癌患者为研究对象,于术中取其癌组织与癌旁组织(距肿瘤组织边缘≥5 cm)。采用免疫组织化学法检测两者的CHI3L1、NRIP1、LCoR表达情况,探究CHI3L1、NRIP1、LCoR阳性表达与宫颈癌患者临床病理特征以及预后的联系。结果癌组织中CHI3L1、NRIP1、LCoR阳性表达率[79.17%(57/72)、69.44%(50/72)、80.56%(58/72)]均高于癌旁组织[34.72%(25/72)、29.17%(21/72)、36.11%(26/72)],有统计学差异(P<0.05)。宫颈癌组织内CHI3L1、NRIP1、LCoR表达水平与年龄、病理类型无关(P>0.05),与国际妇产科联盟(FIGO)分期、肿瘤浸润深度、肿瘤最大直径、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05);Kaplan-Meier结果显示:CHI3L1、NRIP1、LCoR阳性表达患者的3年生存率均低于阴性表达,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌组织内CHI3L1、NRIP1、LCoR阳性表达率处于较高水平,与患者的FIGO分期、肿瘤浸润深度等密切相关,且阳性表达患者预后更差,临床需予以积极的重视。Objective To explore the expression significance of chitinase-3-like protein-1(CHI3L1),nuclear receptor interaction protein 1(NRIP1),and ligand-dependent corepressor(LCoR)in cervical cancer tissues,and its relationship with clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis.Methods 72 cervical cancer patients were selected and adjacent(5cm from the tumor tissue).CHI3L1,NRIP1 and LCoR expression were detected in both groups to explore the association between the positive expression of CHI3L1,NRIP1 and LCoR,and the clinicopathological features and prognosis of cervical cancer patients.Results CHI3L1,NRIP1,LCoR[79.17%(57/72),69.44%(50/72),80.56%(58/72)]were higher than carcinoma tissues[34.72%(25/72),29.17%(21/72),36.11%(26/72)],with statistical difference(P<0.05).CHI3L1,NRIP1 and LCoR expression levels in cervical cancer tissues were independent of age and pathological type(P>0.05),and the International Union of Obstetrics and Gynecology Department(FIGO)stage,depth of tumor invasion,maximum tumor diameter,and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05);Kaplan-Meier results showed that the 3-year survival rates of patients with positive CHI3L1,NRIP1 and LCoR expression were lower than negative expression,and significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion The positive expression rate of CHI3L1,NRIP1 and LCoR in cervical cancer tissues is at a high level,which is closely related to the FIGO stage and the depth of tumor infiltration of patients,and the prognosis of patients with positive expression is worse,which should be paid positive attention to clinically.
