摘 要:目的探讨CD44和microRNA-98-5p在肺癌组织中的表达及其与患者临床病理特征及预后的关系。方法选取肺癌患者69例,采用免疫组织化学法检测肿瘤组织及癌旁组织中CD44表达情况,采用RT-PCR技术,检测miR-98-5p表达水平,分析CD44和miR-98-5p水平与临床病理特征的关系,应用Kaplan-Meier生存曲线分析CD44和miR-98-5p水平与患者预后的关系。结果CD44在肺癌组织中表达水平明显高于癌旁组织,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),miR-98-5p在肺癌组织中相对表达量明显低于癌旁组织,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CD44表达水平与患者年龄、性别、TNM分期及肿瘤分化程度无关(P>0.05),而与患者有无淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05),miR-98-5p表达水平与患者年龄、性别无关(P>0.05),而与TNM分期、肿瘤分化程度及有无淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05)。CD44阳性表达的肺癌患者生存率明显低于阴性表达患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),miR-98-5p高表达的肺癌患者生存率明显高于低表达患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CD44和miR-98-5p在肺癌组织中表达且与临床病理特征和预后相关,可能作为肺癌患者预后的相关评估指标。Objective Explore the expression of CD44 and microRNA-98-5p in lung cancer tissues and their relationship with the clinical pathology and prognosis of patients.Methods 69 patients with lung cancer were admitted.Collect clinical data of patients,use immunohistochemistry to detect the expression of CD44 in tumor tissues and adjacent tissues,use RT-PCR to detect the expression level of miR-98-5p,and analyze the level of CD44 and miR-98-5p with clinical pathology Relationship,Kaplan-Meier survival curve was used to analyze the relationship between CD44 and miR-98-5p levels and patient prognosis.Results The expression level of CD44 in lung cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The relative expression of miR-98-5p in lung cancer tissues was significantly lower than that in adjacent tissues,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression level of CD44 has nothing to do with the patient's age,gender,TNM stage and the degree of tumor differentiation(P>0.05),but is related to the presence or absence of lymph node metastasis in the patient(P<0.05).The expression level of miR-98-5p has nothing to do with the patient's age and gender(P>0.05),and related to the patient's TNM stage,tumor differentiation,and the presence or absence of lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).The survival rate of lung cancer patients with positive expression of CD44 in the tissue was significantly lower than that of patients with negative expression,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The survival rate of lung cancer patients with high expression of miR-98-5p in the tissue was significantly higher than that of patients with low expression.It is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CD44 and miR-98-5p are expressed in lung cancer tissues and are related to clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis,and may be used as relevant evaluation indicators for the prognosis of lung cancer patients.
