摘　　要：目的探究非肌层浸润性膀胱癌(NMIBC)患者经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术(TURBt)治疗后复发的影响因素。方法选择行TURBt的NMIBC患者200例,对所有患者术后进行2年随访,分析影响NMIBC患者行TURBt术后复发的因素。结果术后无复发平均生存时间为(22.15±1.38)个月。随访结束后依据是否复发将患者分为复发组(38例)及未复发组(162例);复发组T1分期、多发肿瘤、低分化肿瘤、疾病再发率均高于未复发组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);TNM分期、肿瘤数目、肿瘤分级、发病状况是NMIBC患者TURBt术后复发的独立影响因素(OR值≥1,且P<0.05)。结论NMIBC患者经TURBt治疗后存在一定的复发率,其中TNM分期、多发性肿瘤、低分化及再发性等是导致复发的独立危险因素,在临床干预中需予以重视。Objective To investigate the influencing factors of recurrence after transurethral bladder tumor electroresection(TURBt)in patients with non-mycular invasive bladder carcinoma(NMIBC).Methods 200 NMIBC patients treated with TURBt were selected.All patients were treated with TURBt,and all patients were followed up for 2 years.Follow-up results were analyzed and factors influencing the relapse after TURBt in NMIBC patients were analyzed.Results The mean survival time of patients without recurrence was(22.15±1.38)months.After follow-up,patients were divided into relapse(no relapse)and 162;T1 stage,multiple tumor,low differentiated tumor,disease recurrence rate were statistically significant(P<0.05);TNM stage,tumor number,tumor grade and incidence status were independent influencing factors affecting TURBt recurrence in NMIBC patients(OR≥1,and P<0.05).Conclusion NMIBC patients have a certain recurrence rate after TURBt treatment,among which TNM stage,multiple tumor,low differentiation and recurrence are independent risk factors for recurrence,which should be emphasized in clinical intervention.
