睑板结膜瓣在眼睑肿瘤术后眼睑后层缺损修复中的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探究睑板结膜瓣在眼睑肿瘤术后眼睑后层缺损修复中的临床效果。方法选择接受治疗的眼睑肿瘤患者66例(共66眼)。所有患者均行眼睑肿瘤切除术及睑板结膜瓣眼睑后层缺损修复术。分析患者行睑板结膜瓣修复眼睑后层缺损中的临床效果。结果所有患者术后睑板结膜瓣均成活,随访4~24个月,平均随访时间为(14.76±3.08)个月,24例患者因睫毛缺损无法同时修复,2例出现早期的轻度上睑退缩,术后自行恢复;64例患者睑缘弧度恢复满意,术后效果良好。结论于眼睑肿瘤术后行睑板结膜瓣眼睑后层缺损修复,能够有效解决眼睑后层缺损问题,有助于恢复眼睑功能及外观,具有较高的临床应用价值,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of conjunctivalve in repair of posterior eyelid defect after eyelid tumor.Methods 66 patients with eyelid tumor(66 eyes)were selected.All patients underwent eyelid tumor resection and repair of the posterior conjunctival flap.The clinical effect of the conjunctival valve in repairing the posterior eyelid defect was analyzed.Results All patients survived postoperative eyelid conjunctival valve,follow-up of 4~24 months,the mean follow-up time was(14.76±3.08)months,24 patients were unable to repair simultaneously due to eyelash defect,2 patients showed early mild eyelid withdrawal,postoperative recovery;64 patients had satisfactory eyelid arc recovery and good postoperative effect.Conclusion The repair of the posterior eyelid defect can effectively solve the problem of the posterior eyelid defect and help to restore the eyelid function and eyelid appearance,which has high clinical value and is worth promoting.
