乙字汤合四妙勇安汤加减联合中药坐浴治疗血栓性外痔的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨乙字汤合四妙勇安汤加减联合复方芩柏颗粒坐浴治疗血栓性外痔的临床疗效。方法 选取2020年9月至2021年9月湖南中医药大学第二附属医院收治的76例血栓性外痔患者,按照随机数字表法将纳入患者分为对照组和治疗组,每组各38例。两组患者均采用复方芩柏颗粒坐浴,在此基础上,治疗组患者采取乙字汤合四妙勇安汤加减口服,对照组患者采用柑橘黄酮片口服治疗,两组患者均治疗7d。观察两组患者治疗前后的临床症状变化及治疗效果。结果 治疗7d后,两组患者的总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但治疗组患者的治愈率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗7d后,两组患者的疼痛和水肿情况均较本组治疗前显著改善(P<0.01),且治疗组患者的改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 乙字汤合四妙勇安汤加减联合复方芩柏颗粒坐浴可显著改善血栓性外痔患者的症状,提高临床疗效。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yizi decoction combined with Simiao Yong’an decoction combined with compound Qinbo granule sitz bath on thrombotic external hemorrhoids. Methods Seventy-six patients with thrombotic external hemorrhoids admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2020 to September 2021 were divided into control group and treatment group with 38 cases in each group according to the random number table method. Two groups of patients were treated with compound Qinbo granules in sitz bath. On this basis, the patients in treatment group were treated with Yizi decoction and Simiao Yong’an decoction, and the patients in control group were treated with citrus flavonoids tablets. Both groups were treated for 7 days. The changes of clinical symptoms before and after treatment and the therapeutic effect of the two groups of patients were observed. Results After 7 days of treatment, there was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05), and the cure rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05). After 7 days of treatment, the pain and edema of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.01), and the improvement degree of treatment group was better than that of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Yizi decoction combined with Simiao Yong’an decoction combined with compound Qinbo granule sitz bath can significantly improve the symptoms of patients with thrombotic external hemorrhoids and improve the clinical effect.
