溴酚酸钠滴眼液联合软性亲水性角膜接触镜治疗角膜外伤后上皮延迟愈合的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨在角膜外伤后上皮延迟愈合患者中采用佩戴软性亲水性角膜接触镜联合溴酚酸钠滴眼液治疗的效果及安全性。方法:选取2017年1月至2020年12月期间在河北省眼科医院接受治疗的角膜外伤后上皮缺损、延迟愈合患者共70例,根据治疗方案的不同将其分成对照组与观察组,每组各35例。对照组采用常规治疗并佩戴软性亲水性角膜接触镜,观察组在此基础上加用溴酚酸钠滴眼液治疗。观察并比较两组的临床症状消失时间、治疗总有效率及不良反应的发生率。结果:治疗后,相较于对照组,观察组角膜上皮缺损、水肿、瘢痕消失的时间均更短(P<0.05)。对照组、观察组的治疗总有效率分别为71.43%、94.29%,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05)。对照组、观察组治疗后不良反应的发生率分别为28.57%、8.57%,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:在佩戴软性亲水性角膜接触镜及常规治疗的基础上采用溴酚酸钠滴眼液治疗角膜外伤后上皮延迟愈合,能够缩短患者眼部刺激症状持续的时间,促进角膜上皮的愈合,防止瘢痕形成,治疗方案安全有效。Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of wearing s oft hydrophilic contact lenses combined with sodium bromophenol ate eye drops in the treatment of patients with delayed epithelial healing after corneal trauma.Methods:A total of 70 patients with epithelial defects and delayed healing after corneal trauma who were treated in Hebei Eye Hospital from January 2017 to December 2020 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment plans,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment and wearing soft hydrophilic contact lens,while the observation group was treated with sodium bromophenolate eye drops on t his basis.The disappearance time of clinical symptoms,total e ffective rate and incidence of adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,compared with the control group,the time of corneal epithelial defect,edema and scar disappearance in the observation group was shorter(P<0.05).The total effective rates of the control group and the observation group were 71.43%and 94.29%,respectively,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions after treatment in the control group and the observation group were 28.57%and 8.57%,respectively,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of wearing soft hydrophilic contact lenses and conventional treatment,sodium bromophenolate eye drops in the treatment of delayed epithelial healing after corneal trauma can shorten the duration of ocular irritation symptoms,promote the healing of corneal epithelium,and prevent scar formation.The treatment plan is safe and effective.
