摘 要:制补骨脂中的主要化学成分为补骨脂素和异补骨脂素,二者均为香豆素类化学成分。本实验研究采用不同的提取方法:水提取、醇提取以及渗漉法,探索在不同的提取方法下,不同的提取溶剂以及提取条件对补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的提取是否存在影响,以期找到制补骨脂药材中补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的最佳提取方法。通过实验研究可以初步确定,当制补骨脂药材在提取过程中采用水为提取溶剂时,水不能有效的将成分提取出来,但是醇提取溶剂却能有效的将补骨脂素和异补骨脂素从药材中提取出来。并且,在提取过程中,温度对补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的提取也存在一定的影响。所以,制补骨脂中补骨脂素和异补骨脂素最佳提取方法为醇渗漉法。The main chemical components in psoralea are psoralen and isopsoralen, both of which are coumarin chemical components. This experiment using different extraction methods: method of water extraction, alcohol extraction and diacolation, explore under the different extraction methods, different extraction solvent and extraction conditions on the scurfpea fruit and the extraction of different scurfpea fruit vegetable whether there is influence, hoping to find(the) scurfpea fruit vegetable scurfpea fruit organs in the different scurfpea fruit grain the best extraction method. Through experimental studies, it was preliminarily determined that when water was used as the extraction solvent in the extraction process of psoralea psoralea, water could not effectively extract the components, but alcohol extraction solvent could effectively extract psoralen and isopsoralen from the medicinal materials. In addition, temperature also had a certain influence on the extraction of psoralen and isopsoralen. Therefore, the best extraction method of psoralen and isopsoralen from psoralen is alcohol percolation.
