摘　　要：牙根折断常发生于下颌阻生第三磨牙拔除术中,取出难度较大,尤其是下颌管内断根,操作不慎还有可能将其推向更深处,导致或加重下牙槽神经损伤。本文介绍左侧下颌管内阻生第三磨牙断根取出术1例。Root fracture often occurs during extraction of impacted mandibular third molars.The fractured root is difficult to be removed,especially in the mandibular canal,and even be pushed to the deeper place,which might lead to or aggravate the inferior alveolar nerve damage.This paper reported a case to remove the fractured root of impacted mandibular third molars,in the mandibular canal.
