摘 要:【目的】为枣树微生物铁肥的研制与应用提供参考,提高新疆红枣的营养品质,促进红枣产业的健康发展。【方法】对南疆红枣主产区4个地区22个枣园进行原位土壤采样,采用CAS(chrome azurol S)法对产铁载体细菌进行筛选,使用16S rDNA高通量测序,对产铁载体细菌群落结构、多样性和差异性等进行分析。【结果】南疆枣园土壤中产铁载体细菌主要为变形菌门Proteobacteria和厚壁菌门Firmicutes 2类,属水平上假单胞菌属Pseudomonas占比最大,芽孢杆菌属Bacillus也是主要的产铁载体细菌。南疆枣园土壤中产铁载体细菌有较大的共同性,但也保持了各地区菌群的多样性,说明不同地区产铁载体细菌具有差异性。巴州产铁载体细菌群落分布与其他地区有所不同。同一地区样本间的相似性并非均较高,非同一地区的部分样本间在群落组成上存在一些相似性。4个地区产铁载体细菌群落的多样性均较为丰富且均匀,物种多样性均值较一致,阿克苏地区群落分布的差异最大,和田地区群落分布的差异最小。【结论】在所测定的22份土壤样本的产铁载体群落中,占比最大的为变形菌门的假单胞菌属和厚壁菌门的芽孢杆菌属,南疆各地区枣园土壤中产铁载体细菌群落虽然总体上呈现出较为相似的构成,但仍具有多样性,各地区保持了其独特的群落构成。在气候、土壤养分等条件不同的地区,产铁载体细菌群落可能存在相似性。【Objective】To provide reference for the development and application of jujube microbial iron fertilizer,improve the nutritional quality of Xinjiang jujube, and promote the healthy development of jujube industry.【Method】In situ soil samples were collected from 22 jujube orchards in 4 regions of the main jujube producing areas in southern Xinjiang. The siderophores producing bacteria were screened by CAS(chrome azurol S) method. 16S rDNA highthroughput sequencing was used to analyze the community structure, diversity and diversity of siderophores producing bacteria.【Result】There were mainly Proteobacteria and Firmicutes in the soil of jujube orchards in southern Xinjiang.Pseudomonas accounted for the largest proportion at the genus level, and Bacillus was also the main siderophores producing bacteria. The soil of jujube orchards in southern Xinjiang had a great commonality in the production of siderophores bacteria, but it also maintained the diversity of bacterial groups in various regions, indicating that there were differences in the production of siderophores bacteria in different regions. The distribution of siderophores producing bacteria community in Bazhou was different from that in other areas. The similarity among samples in the same area was not all high, and some samples in different areas had some similarity in community composition. The diversity of siderophores producing bacterial communities in the four regions was relatively rich and uniform, and the mean value of species diversity was relatively consistent. The difference of community distribution in Aksu region was the largest, and that in Hotan region was the smallest.【Conclusion】Among 22 soil samples tested, Pseudomonas of Proteobacteria and Bacillus of Firmicutes accounted for the largest proportion. Although the community of siderophores producing bacteria in jujube orchard soil in southern Xinjiang generally showed a relatively similar composition, it still had diversity, and each region maintained its unique community compos
