摘  要:针对新形势下高校工程训练师资队伍所存在的结构不合理、数量上不足、缺少激励机制、人员素质参差不齐问题,提出了师资队伍建设的目标与思路,探讨了师资队伍建设认识上的误区。结合安徽工业大学工创中心师资队伍建设的实践,阐述了优化师资队伍整体结构、完善奖惩激励机制,制订合理人才引进政策、修订职称技能评定条件等五项师资队伍建设的内容与举措。研究结果可为地方高校建设好工程训练中心提供参考,对提高工程训练整体课程质量以及实践创新人才培养具有一定的推动作用。In view of the problems of irrational structure,lack of quantity,lack of incentive mechanism and uneven quality under the new situation,the objectives and ideas of teacher team construction are put forward,and the misunderstanding of teacher team construction is explored.Combining with the practice of teaching staff construction at center for engineering practice and innnovation education of Anhui University of Technology,this paper expounds five contents and measures of the construction of teaching staff,including optimizing the overall structure of the teachers team,perfecting the incentive mechanism documents of rewards and punishment,formulating the policy of introducing reasonable talents and revising the qualification of professional title.The research results provide references for the construction of a good engineering training center in local colleges and universities,and have a certain role in promoting the quality of the whole course of engineering training and the training of practical creative talents.
