摘　　要：新经济催生新业态,对高等教育提出了更高的人才培养要求。针对目前本科应用型院校人才培养的不足,通过知识掌握和应用实践相结合的方式,设计和实践了学生能力培养模式。基于能力本位教育进行课堂教学设计,通过线上教学丰富教学形式,构建实践教学体系,开展创新创业活动,提高学生的创新能力和综合应用能力。The new economy gives birth to new forms of business,which puts forward higher requirements for cultivating talents in higher education.Aiming at the shortage of talents training in application-oriented colleges,the students'ability training mode is designed and practiced by combining knowledge mastery and application practice.Based on competency-based education,classroom teaching design is carried out,teaching forms are enriched through online teaching,practical teaching system is constructed,innovation and entrepreneurship activities are carried out,and students'innovation ability and comprehensive application ability are improved.
