摘　　要：黑茶是我国六大茶类之一,具有悠久的历史,深厚的文化底蕴。近十多年来,我国黑茶产业得到了快速的发展,湖南“安化黑茶”已经发展成为中国茶叶十大区域公用品牌。文章从茶马交易与黑茶起源、边销茶与黑茶发展、湖南黑茶发展简史、安化黑茶创制历史、安化紧压黑茶试制历程、安化黑茶与边销茶发展、计划定点与湖南边销黑茶生产、安化黑茶产业的品牌化发展几个方面,简要阐述安化黑茶产业的发展历程,并指出了安化黑茶未来的发展趋势。Dark tea is one of the six major teas in China with long history and deep cultural deposits.In the past ten years,Chinese dark tea industry has developed rapidly,and Hunan"Anhua Dark Tea"has become one of the top ten regional public brands in China.This paper briefly introduced the development course of Anhua dark tea industry,including the origin of the tea horse trading and dark tea,Tea sold on the frontier and the development of dark tea,brief history of Hunan dark tea development,the creation history of Anhua Dark tea,the trial production process of Anhua pressed dark tea,Anhua dark tea and development of Tea sold on the frontier,fixed point production of tea sold on the frontier from Hunan,and brand development of Anhua dark tea industry.Finally,the development trend of Anhua dark tea industry in the future was pointed out.
