职业技能竞赛成果转化方式探析——以全国电子信息行业新技术应用职业技能竞赛为例

摘　　要：职业技能竞赛已经成为职业院校检验办学质量和人才培养水平的重要手段。以全国电子信息行业新技术应用职业技能竞赛为例,分析竞赛成果转换的主要方式,如根据赛事规程优化专业标准、依托竞赛任务改革教学内容、以竞赛题库和优秀作品为载体开发教学资源、参考精英式训练方法创新教学组织形式、借鉴竞赛评分标准精细化课程考核方式、参考竞赛设备建设专业实训室、以竞赛技术和产品链条推动校企深度融合等,为竞赛组织单位和职业院校的竞赛成果转化提供参考和建议。Vocational skills competition has become an important means for vocational colleges to test the quality of running schools and the level of talent training.Combined with the national electronic information industry new technology vocational skills competition,this paper analyzes the main modes of successful competition achievement transformation,including optimizing professional standards according to competition rules,reforming teaching content based on competition tasks,developing teaching resources with competition question bank and excellent works as the carrier,innovating teaching organization form with reference to elite training methods,learning from competition scoring standards,refining course assessment methods,building professional training rooms with reference to competition equipment and promoting the deep integration of schools and enterprises with competition technology and products as the chain,and expects to provide reference and suggestions for the competition results of event organizers and vocational colleges.
