摘　　要：为配合司法责任制改革,促进基层检察委员会制度实际有效运行,对检察委员会制度进行了研究。当前检察委员会制度的运行现状仍难以满足制度设计初衷,检察委员会委员权责不清、委员选任制度不完善、机构设置不健全等问题仍有待解决。为此,从完善责任承担机制、细化委员选任制度和健全办事机构设置等方面探索检察委员会制度的可行路径。In order to cooperate with the reform of the judicial responsibility system and promote the effective operation of the grassroots procuratorial committee system,this paper studies the procuratorial committee system.The current operation status of the procuratorial committee system is still difficult to meet the original design intention of the system,and the problems of unclear powers and responsibilities of the procuratorial committee members,the lack of detailed selection and appointment system of members,and the imperfect institutional setting remain to be solved.Therefore,it explores feasible approaches to the reform of procuratorial committee system from the aspects of perfecting the responsibility bearing mechanism,refining the system of selecting and appointing members and perfecting the setup of administrative bodies,so as to cooperate with the reform of the judicial responsibility system and meet the actual and effective operation of the grassroots procuratorial committee system.
