摘 要:为研究槐米提取物(SJ)对聚乙烯醇(PVA)膜性能的影响,本文以PVA为成膜基质,甘油为增塑剂,混合不同质量分数槐米提取物制备PVA/SJ复合膜。主要分析SJ添加量对PVA/SJ复合膜的力学性能、结构、颜色、阻隔性能、热稳定性能以及抗氧化性能的影响。结果表明,SJ的加入对PVA膜力学性能的影响不大,但在一定程度上改善了其热稳定性能,SJ含量(质量分数)从1%增加到4%时,复合膜的透光率逐渐下降,在3%SJ时,复合膜对紫外光的屏蔽率几乎达到100%;氧气透过率随着SJ含量的增加呈现出先减小后增大的趋势,在2%SJ时,复合膜的透氧量从3.52 (cm^(2)·mm)/(m^(2)·d·atm)降至1.84 (cm^(2)·mm)/(m^(2)·d·atm)。使用PVA/SJ复合膜包装猪油时,储存40 d后,猪油均未变质,说明该复合膜具有较好的抗氧化效果。In order to study the influence of Sophora japonica extract(SJ) on the properties of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) film, the PVA/SJ composite films were prepared by mixing Sophora japonica extract with different mass fractions with PVA as film-forming matrix and glycerin as plasticizer. The effects of the amount of SJ on the mechanical property, structure, color, barrier properties, thermal stability and oxygen permeability of PVA/SJ composite films were analyzed. The results indicated that the addition of SJ had little effect on the mechanical property of PVA film, but improved its thermal stability to a certain extent. When the content of SJ increased from 1% to 4%, the transmittance of the composite films decreased gradually. At 3% SJ, the shielding rate of the composite film to ultraviolet light almost reached 100%. The oxygen permeability showed a tendency rising up at the beginning and declining in late with the enhancement of SJ content. At 2% SJ, the oxygen permeability reduced from 3.52(cm^(2)·mm)/(m^(2)·d·atm) to 1.84(cm^(2)·mm)/(m^(2)·d·atm). When the lard was packed with PVA/SJ composite films, the lard did not deteriorate after 40 days of storage, verifying that the composite films had a great antioxidative effect.
