阿立哌唑和奥氮平在精神分裂症中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨阿立哌唑与奥氮平在治疗精神分裂症(schizophrenia)中的临床疗效。方法依据疾病诊断收集本院2018年6月至2019年5月患有精神分裂症患者80例,按照不同的药物治疗分为两组,每组40例,给予阿立哌唑治疗的设为常规组,给予奥氮平药物治疗的设为试验组,对比两组患者治疗前后的血生化水平、治疗前后血糖指数、体质量改变、临床治疗有效率、不良反应发生情况比较。结果两组临床用药治疗前血糖浓度、体质量指数、血生化水平相比差异性不明显(P>0.05),治疗后试验组患者血糖浓度指数、体质量指数以及TG、TC、ALT、AST、尿素高于治疗前及常规组,肌酐明显低于治疗前及常规组(P<0.05);试验组用药后除头晕、贪睡外,震颤、激越、失眠、不能静坐的不良反应发生情况较常规组更低(P<0.05);试验组患者PANSS评分降低幅度较常规组更明显(P<0.05)。而经治疗后两组治疗效果比较差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论阿立哌唑与奥氮平治疗精神分裂症的效果相似,但奥氮平有利于精神分裂症患者体征更加平稳,血糖与血脂代谢更贴近于正常,且用药不良反应更轻。Objective To explore the use of aripiprazole and olanzapine in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods According to the disease diagnosis,80 patients with schizophrenia from June 2018 to May 2019 were collected,and divided into two groups according to different drug treatments,each group of 40 cases,those given aripiprazole treatment were set as the conventional group,and those given olanzapine were set as the experimental group,and the blood biochemical level,glycemic index,body mass change,clinical treatment effectiveness and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The blood glucose concentration,body mass index and blood biochemical level before clinical treatment were not significantly different(P>0.05),the blood glucose concentration index,body mass index and TG,TC,ALT,AST and urea in the post-treatment experimental group were higher than those in the pre-treatment and conventional groups,and the creatinine was significantly lower than that in the pre-treatment and routine groups(P<0.05).In addition to dizziness and snooziness,the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05),and the reduction of PANSS score in the experimental group was more obvious than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the treatment effect between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of aripiprazole and olanzapine in the treatment of schizophrenia is similar,but olanzapine is beneficial to patients with schizophrenia to have more stable signs,blood glucose and lipid metabolism are closer to normal,and adverse reactions to medication are mild.
