摘　　要：目的探讨全程护理模式干预下32P敷贴联合超声引导瘤体内注射曲安奈德治疗婴幼儿皮肤混合性血管瘤的临床疗效及其护理体会。方法共72例混合性皮肤血管瘤患儿,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各36例。用自制32P敷贴膜照射联合超声引导下瘤体内注射曲安奈德混合液进行综合治疗,观察组基于全程护理模式干预下,对照组实施常规护理。结果①观察组和对照组的治疗总有效率分别为86.11%和83.33%(χ^(2)=0.107,P=1.000)。②观察组和对照组的总体护理满意度分别为94.44%和72.22%(χ^(2)=6.400,P=0.024);多维度评分显示,观察组的“关爱患者、服务态度、健康教育、技术水平和治疗信心”评分高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论32P敷贴联合超声介导瘤体内注射曲安奈德治疗婴幼儿皮肤混合性血管瘤临床疗效良好;全程护理干预模式有利于增强治疗信心,降低了该治疗方法的不良反应率,提高了护理满意度。Objective To observe the treatment effects and nursing experience of 32P applicator combined triamcinolone acetonide acetate injection in vivo tumor guided by ultrasound for the treatment of mixed infantile hemangioma based on whole-course nursing intervention.Methods A total 72 cases of mixed infantile cutaneous hemangioma were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 36 cases each,by which treated with 32P applicator combined triamcinolone acetonide acetate injection in vivo tumor guided by ultrasound based on routine care(control group)and whole-course nursing intervention(observation group)respectively.Results(1)The total treat effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 86.11%and 83.33%respectively(χ^(2)=0.107,P=1.000).(2)The overall satisfactory rate of clinical nursing of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(94.44%vs.72.22%,χ^(2)=6.400,P=0.024).The scores of multidimensional evaluations about the care for patients,service attitude,health education,technical level and treatment confidence in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion Clinical effect of 32P applicator combined triamcinolone acetonide acetate injection in vivo tumor guided by ultrasound for the treatment of mixed infantile hemangioma was satisfactory,and the whole-course nursing intervention could reduce the adverse reaction rate of treatment,thus improve the nursing satisfaction.
