摘　　要：结合目前国内外的研究情况,对骨渣中的骨素、骨蛋白以及骨钙等营养物质的综合利用进行了阐述,以期为后续研究工作提供一定的参考。Present situation of utilization of bone residue is briefly introduced,and the comprehensive utilization of ossein,bone protein,bone calcium and other nutrient in bone residue are described in combination with the research progress at home and abroad.It provides some reference for the researchers′further research work.
