摘  要:采用接枝聚合的方法将丙烯酰胺、KGM两性离子单体接枝到淀粉骨架中,得到改性淀粉降滤失剂,分析了其降滤失机理。通过正交实验确定了最佳合成条件:m(淀粉)∶m(丙烯酰胺)∶m(KGM两性单体)为3∶5∶2、引发剂加量为0.9%、反应温度为65℃。性能评价实验结果表明:该改性淀粉降滤失剂热裂解温度达280℃;在改性淀粉加量为2.0%时,200℃老化后的淡水基浆、饱和盐水基浆、2.5%氯化钙基浆、复合盐水基浆API滤失量分别为6.4、15.6、10.2、16.8 mL;在多种基浆体系中改性淀粉API滤失量和HTHP滤失量均低于Driscal降滤失剂;改性淀粉降滤失剂具有良好的抗盐抗钙效果,抗温达200℃。In view of the poor temperature resistance of starch based fluid loss reducer,a modified starch fluid loss reducer was obtained by grafting acrylamide and KGM zwitterionic monomers onto the starch skeleton through graft polymerization.The optimum synthesis conditions were determined by orthogonal experiment:the mass ratio of starch:acrylamide:KGM amphoteric monomer is 3∶5∶2,the amount of initiator is 0.9%,and the reaction temperature is 65℃.The thermal cracking temperature of modified starch reaches 280℃,which has good thermal stability.When the added amount of modified starch is 2.0%,the API fluid loss of fresh water base slurry,saturated brine base slurry,2.5%calcium chloride base slurry,and composite salt water base slurry after aging at 200℃are 6.4,15.6,10.2 and 16.8 mL respectively.Through comparative experiments,it is found that the API fluid loss and HTHP fluid loss of modified starch were lower than that of Driscal in various base slurry systems.The results showed that the modified starch had good salt and calcium resistance,and the temperature resistance reached 200℃.Finally,the mechanism of filtration reduction of modified starch was analyzed by particle size distribution and scanning electron microscopy.
