摘 要:为了确定不同设计速度公路养护作业区的限制速度,采用VISSIM模拟了公路养护作业区的交通运行,利用交通冲突技术,研究了运行速度标准差稳定系数(Dev_(s))和冲突率随着交通量和限制速度的变化规律。结果表明:随着交通量的增加,过小的限制速度将致使公路养护警告区及上游过渡区发生拥堵。进入限速区后,Dev_(s)先上升后下降,此后达到稳定状态,交通量越大,限制速度越小,Dev_(s)震荡越剧烈,冲突率越大。设计速度为100 km/h和80 km/h时,冲突率在1400 pcu/h时存在显著突变。公路设计速度为100,80,60和40 km/h时,养护区限制速度分别以60,40,40和30 km/h为宜。In order to determine the speed limit in maintenance work area of highway with different design speeds,the traffic circulation in maintenance work area of highway was simulated by VISSIM.The variation of stability coefficient of speed standard deviation(Dev_(s))and conflict rate with traffic volume and speed limit was studied by using traffic conflict technology.The results show that with the increase of traffic volume,too small speed limit will lead to congestion in advance warning area and upstream transition area of highway.After entering the speed limit area,Dev_(s)first rises and then decreases,and then reaches a stable state.The larger the traffic volume is,the smaller the speed limit is,the stronger theDev_(s)fluctuation is,and the greater the conflict rate is.When the design speed is 100 km/h and 80 km/h,there is a significant mutation in the conflict rate at 1400 pcu/h.When the design speed of the highway is 100,80,60 and 40 km/h,the limited speed in the maintenance zone should be 60,40,40 and 30 km/h,respectively.
