彩色标识腕带在住院老年精神病患者护理风险管理中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的研究彩色标识腕带在住院老年精神病患者护理风险管理中的应用效果。方法选取本院2019年5月至2020年4月收治的住院老年精神病患者共120例,两组患者住院后都实行护理风险管理,对照组采取常规护理风险管理,研究组采用彩色标识腕带进行护理风险管理,比较两组实行护理后护理出错率、身份识别率和不良表现的发生情况。结果护理后研究组身份识别正确率高于对照组,护理过程中出错率以及逃跑、毁物、他伤、自杀自伤和藏药的不良表现少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论彩色标识腕带应用在住院老年精神病患者护理风险管理过程中,能够减少护理出错率,提高对患者的身份识别率,减少不良表现的发生。Objective To study the application of color identification wristband in nursing risk management of hospitalized elderly psychiatric patients.Methods A total of 120 elderly psychiatric patients admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to April 2020 were selected,nursing risk management was implemented in both groups after hospitalization,the control group took routine nursing risk management,the study group used color identification wristband for nursing risk management,compare the nursing error rate between the two groups after ursing,identification rate and occurrence of adverse events.Results After nursing,the effect of identity recognition in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the error rate in nursing process and the adverse performance of escape,destruction,suicide,self-injury and adverse events of tibetan medicine were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of color identification wristband in nursing risk management of hospitalized elderly psychiatric patients,the nursing error rate can be reduced,improve the identification rate of patients,reduce the occurrence of adverse events.
