摘 要:采用更具有参考意义的90%健康状态(SOH)的48 Ah三元方形铝壳动力电池为研究对象,分别在0.3 C,0.5 C,1.0 C和1.5 C倍率下进行过充致热失控对比实验。研究发现,在1.5 C过充倍率下,电池没有发生爆炸,仅会剧烈燃烧。热失控过程中,电压曲线存在3个拐点,随着过充电倍率的增加,电压开始缓慢下降点A的电压V_(A)和电压骤升点B的电压V_(B)会增加,并且从点A到电压骤降点C的时间也会缩短,在1.5 C时从点A到点C的时间为303 s,反应时间大于5 min,因此,建议将充电过程中,电压达到最高点后的持续下降作为热失控预警的参考。The 48 Ah ternary square aluminum shell power battery with 90%state of health(SOH),which has more practical significance than the new battery,is taken as the research object.The comparative experiments of thermal runaway caused by an overcharge method are conducted at 0.3 C,0.5 C,1.0 C and 1.5 C rates,respectively.At 1.5 C,the battery does not explode,but quickly combusts.There are three inflection points in the voltage curve during thermal runaway.With the increase of overcharge rate,V_(A) and V_(B) will increase,and the time from point A to point C will also be shortened.At 1.5 C,the time from point A to point C is 303 s,indicating that the reaction time is more than 5 min.Therefore,it is suggested that the continuous drop of voltage after reaching the highest point in the charging process should be used as a reference for thermal runaway warning.
