摘　　要：使用问卷调查方法,分析老年群体对互联网医院的体验感受和实际需求以及群体差别,提出改进建议,包括消除视听交互障碍、界面操作设计更加友好、内容版块设计便捷实用等。A questionnaire survey is used to analyze the experience and feelings of the elderly on the Internet hospital and their actual needs as well as group differences,and improving suggestions are put forward,including the elimination of audio-visual interaction barriers,more friendly interface operation design,convenient and practical content section design,etc.
