摘　　要：分析我国移动医疗APP隐私政策的可读性及内容,指出存在的问题并提出建议,包括改善隐私政策的可读性、落实隐私保护相关法律法规、加强健康信息共享过程中隐私信息保护等。The paper analyzes the readability and content of privacy policy of Mobile Health(mHealth) APPs in China,points out the existing problems and puts forward suggestions,including improving the readability of privacy policy,implementing relevant laws and regulations on privacy protection,strengthening privacy information protection in the process of health information sharing,etc.
