摘　　要：介绍基于糖尿病的慢病管理系统研究现状、区块链内涵、智能区块链平台发展情况,提出构建基于区块链的平台以管理和共享医疗数据,阐述平台构建方法、应用探索,分析平台优势及局限性。The paper introduces the research status of chronic disease management system based on diabetes,the connotation of blockchain,and the development of intelligent blockchain platform,proposes the construction of blockchain-based platform to manage and share medical data,expounds the platform construction method,application and exploration,and analyzes the advantages and limitations of the platform.
