摘　　要：介绍图书馆智能咨询服务现状,结合首都医科大学图书馆在线参考咨询实践,通过网络调研方法分析医学院校图书馆智能咨询服务开展情况、未来发展趋势,提出相关建议。The paper introduces the status quo of intelligent consultation service in library,combined with the practice of online reference consultation in library of Capital Medical University,it analyzes the implementation situation and future development trend of intelligent consultation service in libraries of medical universities and colleges through network research method,and puts forward relevant suggestions.
