分位数回归模型探究某校大学生握力与用力肺活量的相关性

摘　　要：目的通过对东北大学青年大学生握力值和用力肺活量(FVC)进行调查,探讨二者之间的相关性。方法利用2019年东北大学在校学生的体检数据,采用WLS回归和分位数回归模型分析握力值与FVC的相关性。结果研究对象1114人,男性558人,城市学生535人,年龄为20.06±0.98岁。WLS回归模型的结果显示,在男大学生和女大学生中,握力值与FVC呈正相关(男生:b=22.59,P<0.001;女生:b=41.20,P<0.001)。分位数回归结果显示,男大学生除20、30和90分位点外,其他分位点握力对FVC的影响有统计学意义,在40分位点握力对FVC的回归系数最小;女大学生在各个分位点握力对FVC的影响都有统计学意义,握力对FVC的影响呈反“U”型,在60分位点握力对FVC回归系数最大。结论青年大学生握力与FVC呈正相关,在男女大学生中不同水平握力对FVC的影响不同,握力可以作为评估FVC的简单指标。Objective To investigate the relationship between the grip strength and forced vital capacity(FVC)of young college students in Northeastern University.Methods The correlation between grip strength and FVC was analyzed by multiple linear regression,WLS regression and quantile regression using data from physical examination results of young undergraduate students of Northestern University in 2019.Results A total of 1114 students were enrolled,538 male,535 from city,with an average age of 20.06±0.98 years old.WLS regression results showed that grip strength of male and female college students were positively correlated with FVC(male:b=22.59,P<0.001,female:b=40.16,P<0.001).Quantile regression showed that among the male students,the influnce of handgrip strenghth to FVC was significant in quantile other than10,20 or 90 with the minimal regression coefficient in quantile 40.While among female students,the influence of handgrip strength to FVC was significant in each quantile and it was reversed“U”shape,with the maximal regression coefficient in quantile 60.Conclusion There is a positive correlation between the grip strength value and FVC of young college students.While the effect of handgrip strength on FVC is different between male and female college students and handgrip strength may be served as a simple index to evaluate FVC.
