艾灸治疗对老年晚期肿瘤患者癌因性疲乏的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨艾灸治疗对老年晚期肿瘤患者癌因性疲乏的疗效分析。方法:将2020年1~12月在本院肿瘤科治疗的104例老年晚期肿瘤癌因性疲乏患者随机分为两组,对照组使用常规对症支持治疗,观察组在此基础上使用艾灸治疗。对比两组的癌性疲乏程度、免疫功能、裴坡疲乏量表(PFS)评分及Karnofsky评分法(KPS)评分变化、中医证候积分。结果:观察组治疗后癌因性疲乏程度明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、NK均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),CD8^(+)明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后PFS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),KPS评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后全身乏力、头晕目眩、心悸气短、面浮肢肿、纳差、自汗盗汗、虚烦不眠等中医证候积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:艾灸治疗对老年晚期肿瘤患者癌因性疲乏的疗效显著,能明显减轻疲乏程度,调节机体免疫功能,改善生存质量。Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of moxibustion on cancer-induced fatigue in elderly patients with advanced tumor.Methods:A total of 104 elderly patients with advanced cancer fatigue treated in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received conventional symptomatic support treatment,and the observation group received moxibustion treatment on this basis.The degree of cancer fatigue,immune function,PFS score and KPS score of the two groups were compared.Results:The degree of cancer-induced fatigue in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and NK in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),CD8^(+)was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,PFS score of observation group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05),KPS score was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).After treatment in the observation group,the TCM syndrome scores of systemic fatigue,dizziness,palpitations,shortness of breath,floating limb swelling,nano loss,self-sweating,fatigue and hibernation were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Moxibustion has a significant effect on senile patients with advanced tumor with cancer-induced fatigue,which can obviously reduce fatigue degree,regulate immune function and improve the quality of life.
