基于乡村振兴视角的大学生返乡就业方式探究——以农学专业大学生为例

摘　　要：乡村振兴关键在于人才使用,且人才振兴也是乡村振兴当中的主要任务之一。农学学生在专业适应性层面与乡村建设更为契合,他们不仅具有良好的专业知识,还具有极高的思政素养和深厚的科学文化知识,是当下农业高素质人才的重要来源,能更适应乡村发展对人才的需求。基于乡村振兴视角,重点对农学专业学生返乡就业方式进行研究,不仅是乡村振兴战略发展的要求,还会给学生返乡就业带来参考。The key to Rural Revitalization lies in talents,and talent revitalization is also one of the main tasks of Rural Revitalization.Agricultural students are more in line with rural construction at the level of professional adaptability.They not only have good professional knowledge,but also have high ideological and political literacy and profound scientific and cultural knowledge.They are an important source of highquality agricultural talents and can better meet the needs of rural development.Based on the perspective of rural revitalization,focusing on the research on the return employment mode of agricultural students is not only the basic requirement of the current strategic development of the party and the state,but also brings great practical significance to the realization of students’ value.In this regard,we should start with the influencing factors of College Students’ employment,analyze the difficulties faced by returning students’ employment,and explore specific employment strategies based on the government,colleges,families and students.
