摘  要:为分析齿轮系统传动误差,考虑直齿圆柱齿轮传动轴、支撑轴承弹性变形及啮合齿面间的摩擦等因素,采用集中参数法建立齿轮传动系统平移-扭转耦合动力学分析模型。利用有限元法对传动轴进行柔性化,联合多体动力学对齿轮传动系统进行刚柔耦合动力学分析,得到了齿轮啮合特性和因传动轴扭转变形及弯曲变形所引起的齿轮传动系统误差值。与理论计算方法得到的由传动轴弹性变形所引起的传动系统误差值相比较误差较小,验证了该方法是可行的。同时得到传动轴在传动过程中的最大应力变化规律。In order to analyze the dynamic transmission error of the gear system,factors such as the elastic deformation of the spur gear drive shaft and bearing,and the friction between the meshing tooth surfaces are considered.A translation-torsion coupling dynamics model of the gear transmission system was established using the centralized parameter method.The finite element method is used to make the transmission shaft flexible,and the multi-body dynamics is used to analyze the rigid-flexible coupling dynamics of the gear transmission system.The gear meshing characteristics and the error values of the gear transmission system caused by the torsional deformation and bending deformation of the transmission shaft are obtained.Compared with the theoretically calculated transmission error caused by the elastic deformation of the transmission shaft,the results are consistent and the method is verified to be feasible.At the same time,the maximum stress change law of the transmission shaft in the transmission process is obtained,which lays the foundation for further research on the gear dynamic characteristics and fatigue analysis.
