摘  要:针对某海上液压打桩锤的专用高品质组合式插装阀的动态响应性能有待优化的问题,对影响组合式插装阀动态响应特性的液阻因素进行了研究。首先,介绍了液压打桩锤的结构及液压系统工作原理,及液压系统中的液阻位置;然后,介绍了液阻理论,分析了阻尼对组合式插装阀动态响应影响的作用机理,建立了插装阀阀芯开启运动方程;最后,建立了组合式插装阀的仿真模型,以组合式插装阀动态响应时间最小为优化目标,通过调节液压桥路中阻尼孔大小,对液阻进行了参数化研究。研究结果表明:通过仿真模型,分析了液阻对组合式插装阀动态响应的影响,得出了插装阀的液阻选配方案最优阵列,在该选配方案阵列内,P阀、R阀、S阀的响应时间分别能够达到0.12 s、0.08 s、0.07 s;验证了液阻初值选择的合理性,为提高组合式插装阀动态响应特性提供了理论基础。Aiming at the problem that the dynamic response performance of a special high quality combined cartridge valve for off shore hydraulic piling hammer needs to be optimized,the hydraulic resistance factors affecting the dynamic response characteristics of the combined cartridge valve were studied.Firstly,the structure of the hydraulic pile hammer and the working principle of the hydraulic system,and the hydraulic resistance position in the hydraulic system were introduced.Then,the hydraulic resistance theory was introduced,and the mechanism of the damping effect on the dynamic response of the combined cartridge valve was analyzed,and the opening motion equation of the cartridge valve spool was established.Finally,the simulation model of the combined cartridge valve was established.Taking the minimum dynamic response time of the combined cartridge valve as the optimization goal,the hydraulic resistance was parameterized by adjusting the damping hole size in the hydraulic bridge.The research results show that the influence of hydraulic resistance on the dynamic response of the combined cartridge valve is analyzed by simulation,and the optimal array of hydraulic resistance selection scheme of the cartridge valve is obtained.In the array of selection schemes,the response time of P valve,R valve and S valve can reach 0.12 s,0.08 s and 0.07 s,respectively.It verifies the rationality of the selection of the initial value of the liquid resistance,and provides a theoretical basis for improving the dynamic response characteristics of the combined cartridge valve.
