新辅助化疗联合手术治疗在Ⅲ期宫颈癌患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的研究Ⅲ期宫颈癌患者行新辅助化疗联合手术治疗的效果。方法选取74例Ⅲ期宫颈癌患者,以随机数字表法分对照组(37例,单纯手术)和试验组(37例,新辅助化疗联合手术治疗)。比较两组临床各项指标。结果治疗后,试验组生理职能、健康状况、社会功能、总体健康各项评分均高于对照组;手术时间长于对照组,下床活动时间、住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组;脉管侵犯、神经侵犯、深肌层侵犯、淋巴结阳性各项发生率及并发症总发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新辅助化疗联合手术治疗Ⅲ期宫颈癌可提高患者生存质量,改善手术指标,降低不良事件及并发症发生率。Objective To study the effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with surgery in patients with stage Ⅲ cervical cancer.Methods A total of 74 patients with stage Ⅲ cervical cancer were selected and randomly divided into the control group(37 cases,surgery alone)and the test group(37 cases,neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with surgery).The clinical indicators of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of physiological function,health status,social function,and overall health of the test group were higher than those of the control group;the operation time was longer than that of the control group,time to get out of bed,and hospital stay were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group;the ratios of vascular invasion,nerve invasion,deep myometrial invasion,positive lymph node and the total incidence of complications were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with surgery in the treatment of stage Ⅲ cervical cancer can improve the quality of life,improve the surgical indicators,and reduce the incidence of adverse phenomena and complications.
