摘  要:为了实现对心脏健康的无感监护,该文研究一种心冲击信号检测与实时心率估计方法。在压电薄膜传感器的无接触式数据采集与预处理的基础上,先由模板匹配检测得到心冲击信号(即J峰);再借助于JJ间隔和J峰幅值的特点,尽可能地去除错检的“J峰”与增补漏检的J峰;最后,采用修正后的JJ间隔对实时心率进行估计。以指夹式脉搏血氧仪为对照,对该方法进行测试,所有随机选取受测人员测得的实时心率结果的均方根误差为1.52。这表明,该方法基本上可以满足无感监护下对实时心率估计的需要。In order to realize the insensible monitoring of heart health,the paper studied a method of ballistocardiogram(BCG) detection and real-time heartrate estimation. Based on non-contact data acquisition and preprocessing from electromechanical film(EMFi) sensor, BCGs(i.e., J-peaks) were detected and obtained by template matching;By means of the features of J-J intervals and J-peak amplitudes, the false J-peaks were removed and the missed J-peaks were appended as many as possible;Finally, real-time heart-rate was estimated by the revised J-J intervals. The studied method was tested against a finger clip pulse oximeter and the root mean square error of real-time heart-rate results measured from all randomly selected subjects was 1.52. The shows that the studied method can basically meet the needs of realtime heart-rate estimation under insensible monitoring.
