摘　　要：目前研究生教育已成为我国高等教育不可或缺的一部分,我国各行各业的高层次人才培养对其高度依赖。同时,作为我国高等教育体系重要组成部分的地方高校,在区域科技创新引领和经济社会发展推动方面的作用日益凸显。学科是高校发展的核心,亦是高层次人才培养的重要抓手,特色优势学科建设逐渐成为地方高校特色发展的核心和竞争力提升的关键。从区域经济社会发展的需求出发,以创新引领服务经济社会,通过开展以面向需求为主要特征的研究生教育改革,充分发挥特色优势学科在人才培养、科学研究、社会服务、文化传承创新等方面的作用,形成地方高校与区域经济社会的良性互动,促进区域经济社会的协同进步。At present,postgraduate education has become an indispensable part of China’s higher education,and the training of high-level talents in all walks of life depends on it highly.At the same time,as an important part of China’s higher education system,local colleges and universities play an increasingly prominent role in leading regional scientific and technological innovation and promoting economic and social development.Discipline is the core of the development of colleges and universities,as well as an important starting point to train high-level talents.The construction of characteristic and advantageous disciplines has gradually become the core of the characteristic development of local colleges and universities and the key to enhance their competitiveness.It is starting from the needs of regional economic and social development and innovation that leads the service of economic and social society.The characteristic and preponderant disciplines play an essential role in talent cultivation,scientific research,social service and cultural inheritance and innovation through the demand-oriented postgraduate education reform.Thereafter,it can form the benign interaction between local colleges and regional economy and society,and promote the synergistic progress of regional economy and society.
