摘 要:选择南京医科大学第一附属医院呼吸内科86名临床医学专业的实习生并将其随机分为两组:案例教学实验组和传统教学对照组,待实习生出科时对其学习情况进行考查,并进行满意度调查。结果发现案例教学实验组在呼吸内科学课程的理论知识和实践技能方面的成绩均显著高于传统教学对照组(P<0.05);与传统教学对照组相比,案例教学实验组实习生对授课教师的满意度更高(P<0.05)。结果表明,采用案例教学模式能够显著提高呼吸内科学临床医学专业实习生的理论知识水平和临床实践技能,有效提高授课教师的教学质量。因此,以病例为导向的案例教学模式非常值得在呼吸内科学课程的临床实践中进行推广和应用。In this study,86 interns majoring in clinical medicine in respiratory department of our hospital are randomly divided into two groups:case-based learning experimental group and traditional learning control group.When the interns leave the Department,their learning situation is investigated and their satisfaction is investigated.The results show that the scores of theoretical knowledge and practical skills of respiratory medicine course in the case-based learning experimental group are significantly higher than those in the traditional learning control group(P < 0.05).Compared with the traditional learning control group,the teachers and interns are more satisfied with the case-based learning experimental group(P < 0.05).Therefore,the use of case-based learning can significantly improve the theoretical knowledge level and clinical practice skills of interns majoring in clinical medicine of respiratory medicine,and effectively improve the teaching quality and satisfaction of teachers.Case-based learning is very worthy of promotion and application in the clinical practice of respiratory science course.
