摘 要:针对镇城底矿采煤机系统升级迭代实际需求,以镇城底矿MG200/446-WD型滚筒采煤机为研究对象,提出了电液比例调高技术与单神经元PID结合的调高系统控制方案。通过将滚筒采煤机调高过程主要元器件与工作节点进行合理建模和量化推导,搭建了半实物仿真平台进行验证。结果表明,电液比例调高技术与单神经元PID控制策略的引入,能够有效提升系统受到扰动突变的收敛速度,对镇城底矿采煤机调高系统升级迭代积累宝贵经验。In view of the actual needs of shearer system upgrade iteration in Zhenchengdi Mine,the MG200/446-WD drum shearer is taken as the research object;a control scheme combining electro-hydraulic ratio scaling technology with single neuron PID is proposed in this paper.The main components and working nodes of drum shearer are rationally modeled and quantitatively derived;then a hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform is built.The simulation results show that it can effectively improve the convergence rate of the system subjected to perturbation mutation through introduction of the electro-hydraulic scaling technology and single neuron PID control strategy.It has accumulated valuable experience for upgrading the hoisting system of coal shearer in Zhenchengdi mine.
