摘　　要：依托三晋文化增强港澳台青年文化认同是赓续中华优秀传统文化,增强中华文化认同的必然要求;是消解港澳台青年文化认同困境,助其成长成才的现实需要;是实现中华民族伟大复兴,促进祖国统一的应有之义。三晋文化博大精深,既能体现中华优秀传统文化共性,又富有地域特色。消解港澳台青年文化认同困境,三晋文化大有可为。为此,应坚守中华文化立场,发挥其引领、塑造作用;深度挖掘和阐释三晋文化,结合时代要求继承创新;积极推动文化交流,加强传播能力和文化符号、话语体系建设,发挥政府、学校、社会等多方合力作用,运用舆论宣传、文化熏陶、实践养成、制度保障等手段,不断为增强港澳台青年文化认同提供助力。Relying on Shanxi Traditional Culture to enhance the cultural identity of young people in Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan is an inevitable requirement to carry forward Chinese traditional culture and enhance the Chinese cultural identity;it is a practical need to resolve the youth′s dilemma in cultural identity and help them grow up;it is the proper meaning of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and promoting the reunification of the motherland.Shanxi Traditional Culture is broad and profound,which can not only reflect the common characteristics of Chinese excellent traditional culture,but also have regional features.To resolve the dilemma of young people in Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan in cultural identity,Shanxi Traditional Culture has great potential.Therefore,we should stick to the position of Chinese culture and get it play its leading and shaping role,deeply excavate and explain the culture,inherit and innovate it according to the requirements of the times,while actively promoting cultural exchanges,strengthening the construction of communication capacity,cultural symbols and discourse system,giving play to the joint role of the government,schools,society and other parties.And we should also use public opinions,cultural influence,practice,institutional guarantee and other means to constantly provide support for strengthening the cultural identity of young people in Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan.
