摘  要:《道德经河上公章句》是《道德经》的重要注本,该书具有鲜明的“身国同治”的思想体系和行文结构,而治身部分蕴含了丰富的医学思想,文章予以梳理,名之河上公医道。河上公医道从“抱一守中”的原则出发,通向“重阴尚柔”的思想倾向。而透过这一主线看到:“重阴尚柔”思想藉由道家人物注解医经而进入中医学,“爱精重施”与房中术“食阴固阳”法的异同,“无为而治”与神仙家的“反听”“内视”等摄生法之传承。医道不仅影响了后世中医学的理论变迁,也在一定程度上反映了秦汉时代的中医学面貌。The official seal sentence of He Shang Gong Zhangju of Tao Te Ching is an important interpretation of Tao Te Ching. The book has a distinctive ideological system and structure of ‘governing the country by example’, in which the part of ‘governing the country by example’ contains rich medical thoughts. Starting from the principle of ‘embracing and protecting’,monk Gong has led to the ideological tendency of ‘emphasizing yin and advocating softness’. It can be seen that the interpretation of medical classics by Taoist figures has brought the thought of ‘emphasizing yin and advocating softness’ into TCM, the similarities and differences between ‘loving essence’ and ‘eating yin and fixing yang’ in sexology, the inheritance from ‘governance by doing nothing’ to ‘anti listening’ and ‘internal viewing’ of the immortal. Medicine theory not only influenced the theoretical reform of TCM in later generations, but also reflected the appearance of TCM in Qin and Han dynasties.
