摘 要:中药保健食品在中国保健食品产业中占据重要位置。文章通过梳理我国保健食品功能的相关政策,对国家市场监督管理总局和药智网数据库中的国产保健食品的保健功能及主要原料进行分类整理,分析中药保健食品的功能现状,明确中药保健食品占比,其中“中西结合”保健食品占比突出,发现中药保健食品存在的问题包括:(1)中药保健食品缺乏中医药保健功能声称,(2)中药“组方”保健食品理论依据不足,(3)“中西结合”保健食品配伍依据不足。因此中药保健食品的发展,应打破现有保健食品功能局限,强调中医辨证保健突出中医优势,在现有保健功能基础上,结合中医体质分类和辨证保健思想,建议规范中药类保健食品组方配伍,增加以中医辨证理论及辨证保健思想为基础的保健功能声称,激发保健食品创新活力,鼓励加强现代天然活性物质的中药药性研究,促进“中西结合”保健食品发展,以实现中药保健食品更好的服务人民健康,保证中药保健食品更精准地运用。Chinese medicine health food occupies an important position in China health food industry. In this paper,by sorting related policies of the health food function, analyzing the data of function and material of domestic health food from National Administration of Market Supervision and Management and the Net Database, we revealed the current situation of Chinese health food, clarified the proportion of Chinese health food, and found that among which the proportion of ‘combination of Chinese and Western’ health food is outstanding, and proposed the problems of Chinese medicine health food including:(1)the Chinese medicine health food lacks the claim of traditional Chinese medicine health care function;(2)the theoretical basis of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) ‘prescription’ health food is insufficient;(3)the basis of ‘combination of Chinese and Western’ health food integration is insufficient. Therefore, the development of Chinese medicine health food should not only break the existing functional limitations of health food, but also emphasize syndrome differentiation based on TCM to highlight the advantages. It is suggested that Chinese medicine health food should be combined with TCM physical classification and syndrome differentiation health care to standardize the compatibility of prescriptions on the foundation of the original health care function.Then the claim of health care function based on the theory of syndrome differentiation and the thought of syndrome differentiation and health care should be increased. In order to stimulate the innovative vitality of health food, it is suggested to encourage and strengthen the research on the properties of modern natural active substances of TCM, and promote the development of ‘combination of Chinese and Western’ health food. In this way, Chinese medicine health food can better serve people’s health, so as to ensure the more accurate use of Chinese medicine health food.
